The .30 caliber bivouac machine gun came with the
Machine Gun Emplacement Set, Green Beret Machine Gun Outpost Set,
bivouac deluxe pup tent set, bivouac machine gun set, and the tank commander set.
The detailed machine gun was designed to turn and swivel.
It had a folding tripod for stability. The gun could swivel to
the left and right, move up and down, and the tipod could be
adjusted for angle.
M-16 Automatic Rifle
The M-16 is a Colt5.56mm automatic rifle. It
is magazine fed. The butt of the M-16 is brown. The rifle
is marked "Hasbro", and it has an elastic strap for added realism.
The M-16 was found in the Green Beret Machine Gun Outpost set, the
Green Beret set, and the Army Green Beret set.
M-3 Grease Gun
The M-3 was a .45 caliber
submachine gun...marked "Hasbro". The gun is found as part
of the Sabotage Set for GI Joe of 1967.
Flare Gun
The flare gun was a popular
accessory item for various GI Joe figures. The Hasbro gun
is not marked. It has nice detailing and a brown smooth grip.
The flare gun can be found in the sabotage set, Navy Scuba series, Sea Rescue Set, Navy L.S.O. equipment set, Air Sea Rescue set,
Survival set, and the scramble air vest and equipment set.
Schmeisser Machine Pistol
The Schmeisser machine pistol was part of the German Soldier set.
It is the MP-40. The 9mm semi-automatic pistol is nicely detailed.
Luger Pistol
The Luger pistol was
also carried by the German soldier...part of the Action Soldiers
of the World series. The 9mm Luger came with a distinct holster
which was worn on the cartridge belt.
Arisaka Rifle
The arisaka rifle was carried by the
Japanese Imperial Soldier. This five round, 6.5mm bolt action gun
could be mounted with the long Japanese bayonet. The rifle is
marked "Hasbro", and it has an elastic shoulder strap.
Nambu Pistol
The Nambu pistol was part of the set for
the Japanese Imperial Soldier. This eight round, 8mm semi-automatic was
held in a brown holster, which was carried on the cartridge belt. The
Nambu pistol was an accessory form the Action Soldiers of the World series.
7.65 M A S submachine gun and Lebel Revolver
These two weapons are part of the French Resistance Fighter set. The
revolver is not marked, but distinctly detailed. The submachine gun is
marked along the stock with "Hasbro". The revolver has a nice detailed grip.

base. Nice set.
German Potato masher grenade
The German Soldier set,
#8100, of the Action Soldiers of the World series came with two
"potato masher" grenades. These grenades have a distinguishable color
and design...which sets them apart from others.
